BANK RULES & ACCESS

BANK RULES

Bank managing can be really annoying for staff so there should be so rules applied:

1. THE GUILD BANK IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL STORAGE:

Everything you place in the bank becomes guild property. This applies to both items and gold. If you put items or gold into the guild bank, you may not ask for them back. It now belongs to the guild and is now under the direction of guild Officers.

2. DON'T TAKE MORE THAN YOU NEED:

Use SHIFT+CLICK to take 1 or more items from a stack instead of just taking the whole stack when you don't need it. Don't be greedy, just take what you need and leave the rest for someone else.

We see who puts items in, and who takes items out. If you are seen to consistently take more than we feel is reasonable, you will be subject to disciplinary action or kicked from the guild. Always try to deposit items of equal value to those you take so you don't leave an empty bank for others.

3. DON'T DEPOSIT JUNK:

We don't need grey items in the guild bank, they just take up space and should be sold to a vendor.

4. WHEN IN DOUBT, ASK AN OFFICER:

Whether you need more items, or just want to make sure its okay to take certain items, ask an Officer.

HOW GUILD GOLD IS USED:

Apart from the Guild Master, the only rank that has access to the gold in our guild bank is: Chief Officer

Chief Officers are permitted to use Guild Bank Gold for the purposes of improving the DPS of our Core Raiders. This includes using gold to help gem and enchant gear. And in rare cases, it can be used to purchase gear from guild members or as a last resort, the AH.

GUILD BANK GOLD MAY NOT BE USED FOR:

Loans
Leveling Professions
Purchases on the AH by anyone other than Officers

BANK TAB ACCESS:

Some Bank Tabs allow limited access to items, while others are locked completely requiring an Officer to access its items. This restriction is in place to protect items from people who would steal or take more than they actually need.

Items in the Guild Bank are NOT FOR RESALE. DO NOT SELL THEM ON THE AH. If anyone is found doing this, they will be permanently banned from the guild.

We encourage members to deposit items that can be used for professions in the bank so that others may use them.
